Definite must buy when visiting Osaka, the Osaka Amazing Pass! Total win for first time visitors as it gives you access to about 40 tourist spots and rides and also free transport in the city for 24 or 48hours. I personally think that the 48hours at 3600yen one is super value for money as it is only marginally more expensive than the 24hour one at 2700yen. Super convenient to collect it too, collected mine straight at the airport. Must visit places for for me include the osaka castle (insta photo opp), tennoji zoo, the kuromon market and also taking the ferris wheel for a view of the city! This pass covers everything from cultural and historical sites, to the great outdoors and also the must eats. Pro tip: Visit their website and plan out your itinerary first to ensure that the places you want to visit are open, their operating hours and their location so that you won't make wasted trips. Oh and wear comfortable shoes, you are going to walk, a lot. Bonus tip: Purchase from klook to save even more. (Not sponsored haha i wish)

Take the rail instead of renting car. And avoid rush hour. Could save you precious travelling time
